Een toonaangevend productbedrijf in Haaksbergen zoekt een Customer Support Medewerker. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een professionele ondersteuning via diverse communicatiemiddelen. Je houdt de kennisbank bij en registreert klantinteracties. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met interne teams om klantinformatie te verstrekken. Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie en beheersing van Nederlands en Engels zijn vereist.
Wij bieden een dienstverband van 24 tot 40 uur, een goede pensioenregeling en vakantiedagen.
