QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor'sdegreewithaminimumofatleastoneyearexperienceprovidingemploymentreadinessandHSEorESLworkshops/instruction required.
• Master'sDegreewithatleastoneyearexperiencedevelopingandleadingemploymentreadiness/transition andESLorHSEworkshops/instruction preferred.
• Familiaritywithdistancelearningandcomputerskillshelpful.
• Mustbewillingtoworkaflexibleschedulethatincludesdayand evening hours.
• Musthaveconsistentlyreliabletransportation.
• New Jersey residency,asrequiredbylaw.
• Suchalternativestotheaboveas the Boarddeemsappropriateand acceptableunderstatelaw.

Compensation Rate/Range: $40 per hour
