The Role:

Due to an increased workload, my client is looking to bring in a new Senior Quantity Surveyor to their South London branch!

You will be running projects from inception to completion across a variety of company sectors, also offering support & mentoring to junior members of the team.

Within this role, you will also need to be comfortable facing clients & delivering exceptional client care & attention.

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

* 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy

* MRICS chartered (or close to sitting this)

* JCT Contract Administration

* Experience in one of their listed sectors
