We are seeking a strongly motivated person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

What You'll do:

Have strong written and verbal communication.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Have strong organization and time management skills.

Have a basic knowledge of computers and data entry.

Have a positive attitude.

What You'll Bring:

Interact with customers by telephone to follow-up on services required.

Book appointments for customers to have services completed.

Maintain filing system of customer records.

General administrative support.
