As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline representative of our company, playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Skills &
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, including CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
