The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, you’ll provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations and driving performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Schedule:
  • Will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
  • Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.
  • During peak time frames, hours may increase to support business needs.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience:
  At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor/managerial experience:
  Not required.
• Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction.
• Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness.
• Adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance, poise & ambition.
