Write, modify, integrate and test software codeMaintain existing computer programs by making modifications as requiredIdentify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutionsAssist in the development of logical and physical specificationsRequired Skills/
Experience:
Object Oriented Architecture. Salesboom provides a web services based API to its customers and partners for customization and integration with their accountProgramming
Languages:
HTML, XML Technology (XSL,XSD,DTD), CSS, Java (J2SE, J2EE, JSE) Ajax, COMET, .NETPL/SQL Oracle 9i, 10g a plusExcellent understanding of efficient SQL query designSQL & PL/SQL tuning (indexing issues, execution plans, snapshot issues, etc.)Java Tuning (Java memory management, memory leaks, crash forensics, general Java performance)Comfortable working in both PC and MAC environmentsCross browser design knowledge a mustAbility to work alone and in project groupsWork under pressure in fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesExperience developing business related applications or integrationsExperience developing web-based applicationsSolid Understanding of color, space, layout, etc.Solid Visualization and Creative skills for creating professional and dynamic business documents – soft copy, online, as well as printedUnderstanding of thin/smart client applications that run on a Web Services-Based Service
