Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead to design, build, and lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise across frontend, backend, and cloud environments, along with the ability to lead teams, influence technical decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with leadership capability, ensuring high‑quality delivery while mentoring and guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the development of end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions

Build responsive, accessible, and high‑performance frontend applications

Design and develop backend services and RESTful APIs

Guide architecture, code quality, and best practices across teams

Collaborate with cloud, Dev Ops, UX, and product stakeholders

Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standards

Support CI/CD, automation, and containerized deployments

Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Front-End Development

3+ years of hands‑on experience with Vue.js

Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS, Vuetify 3, Vitest, and Accessibility (A11y)

Experience or exposure to React Native for mobile development is a plus

Back-End Development

Hands‑on experience with .NET, Node.js, or Java

Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and backend integrations

Experience working with relational and/or No

SQL databases

Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP

Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and containerization

Additional Skills

Strong experience with unit and integration testing

Familiarity with SASS, W3C Web Standards, and Web Performance optimization

Proficiency with Webpack

Excellent communication skills with ability to lead, influence, and mentor teams

Strong technical documentation and writing skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments

Prior experience in technical leadership or team lead roles
