Keep hospital supplies moving as a Stores Clerk at Victoria County Memorial Hospital, combining warehouse operations with delivery coordination. The position is part-time.
Nova Scotia Health seeks a Stores Clerk for SCO Stores VCM, supporting supply chain logistics throughout Western Nova Scotia. You will manage inventory, prepare orders, receive shipments, maintain warehouse standards, and deliver supplies to multiple facilities. The position calls for material management experience, computer proficiency, safe vehicle operation, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and control inventories supporting healthcare services
- Stage picked orders for shipping and delivery
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed
- Complete cycle counts and special projects
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Experience with automated material management services
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- Previous central stores or purchasing experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 licence with satisfactory abstract
- Willingness to travel between Western Zone facilities
Use warehouse coordination, inventory knowledge, and dependable delivery skills to serve Nova Scotia Health facilities across Western Nova Scotia.
