Flynn Canada Ltd is hiring a Project Coordinator
! This position will be based out of our Halifax location, reporting to the Architectural Operations Manager.

• Complete take-offs/estimates for assigned projects.
• Follow up on single scope projects.
• Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets.
• Preparing and following-up on quotations and tenders.
• Mark up drawings on Bluebeam as part of takeoff process.
• Communicate frequently with the Metals team to obtain and share knowledge and information.

• Recent graduate of a Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educational field, or have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a construction environment.
• Good communication (verbal & written).
• Computer aptitude (Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Basic estimating/mathematical skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans and specifications.
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.
• A career‑minded individual with a focus on continuous growth and development.
