Position:
Working 22.5 hours per week on a fixed 6‑month contract with potential to roll over. Three days in a 6‑day cycle, including bank holidays. The role may offer additional hours during holiday periods.

Salary: £12.60 per hour (£13.05 per hour from 1 Jan 2026) plus bonus and company benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use the company app to update customer deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as needed.
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Help the office and picking teams when required.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday.
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet drops and sheltered‑housing visits to attract new customers.

Essential:

• Experience with in a customer‑service based role.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Desirable:

• Experience of multi‑drop delivery role.
• Experience with in a care‑based role.
• Warehouse experience.
• Health & Safety awareness.

Personal Qualities:

• Friendly, approachable and reliable.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Good attendance and timekeeping.

All offers of employment are subject to a driving assessment, driving licence checks and basic DBS checks.

As this role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a basic DBS disclosure.

You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route as it does not meet the minimum requirements set out under UK Immigration Rules.
