Are you a driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our growing Manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll report to the Site Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day running of our production unit, ensuring schedules are met and quality standards exceeded.

You’ll lead a talented team, driving efficiency and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles such as Kaizen, Kan-ban, and cellular manufacturing. From managing resources and staffing levels to maintaining health & safety compliance, you’ll play a key role in delivering on-time, high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

• Oversee production planning, quality, and safety across the unit
• Implement and champion Lean initiatives to boost efficiency
• Motivate and develop your team, fostering a culture of improvement
• Collaborate with Quality and Technical teams to optimise processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO
  9001
• Excellent people management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and analyse KPIs
