Are you a skilled bench joiner looking to apply your craftsmanship in a specialist environment? This is an excellent opportunity to work on the production of bespoke timber moulds within a well‑established family‑run cast‑stone manufacturing company, offering full on‑the‑job training and the chance to increase your earnings through optional overtime and progress within a growing company.

Our company specialises in producing high‑quality, bespoke architectural elements for both residential and commercial projects. The cast‑stone products serve as decorative and structural features on buildings, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing techniques.

In this workshop‑based role, you will interpret technical drawings and produce precise timber moulds used in cast‑stone production. Your work will involve measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling moulds that form the final profiles of the stone components. You will work closely with a senior joiner, who will provide hands‑on training and guidance as you develop your skills in pattern making and mould construction.

Best suited for a bench joiner who enjoys detailed, workshop‑based manufacturing and wants to apply woodworking expertise in a company that provides training on mould‑manufacturing, progression opportunities and optional overtime.
