They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef to join the talented kitchen brigade and assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of service.

• Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen where you will manage and motivate your team
• Ensure ongoing training is offered to all members to guarantee the quality and consistency of the food
• Have solid man management and kitchen management skills in order to run this operation efficiently
• Have experience in high level establishments
• Be a creative and talented chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
• Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef or in a similar role in professional kitchens
• Experience in high level establishments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
