Overview

Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant - HALIFAX at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd.

Role focused on replenishing stock in retail stores with flexible working patterns and involvement in high profile projects for leading grocery supermarkets. Opportunities are available across the Halifax area with varying shifts.

• Work in a variety of retail stores; travel may vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management; maintain fast pace and high standards expected by clients.
• Duties include de-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures, and ensuring stock is shoppable.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are accessible to customers; transport stock from warehouse to shop floor; support store replenishment as needed.
• Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most shifts are nights). Access to work via smartphone and the Field Power platform to set availability and accept shifts; clock in/out using smartphone via the RAS Dashboard.
• Some travel may be involved when local work isn’t available; accommodation provided when required.

• Eye for detail and general level of fitness; physical tasks including manual handling and lifting.
• Hard-working with ability to work under pressure; previous retail experience preferred, training provided.
• Strong problem-solving attitude; ability to work unsociable hours including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
