• Provide high‑quality child protection services as part of Calderdale Council’s Children’s Services.
• Carry out risk assessments and develop care plans in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Support children and families, maintain low caseloads, and engage with partners to promote wellbeing.
• Participate in reflective supervision and contribute to learning and improvement initiatives.

• Qualified social worker (BA/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent) registered with Social Work England.
• Experience in statutory children and family services.
• Full, valid driving licence; willingness to travel within the local area.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
• DBS check required for exempt posts.
