McDougall Energy seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative in Thunder Bay, using cashier systems and clear customer communication. Serve customers promptly while maintaining accurate paperwork and welcoming store conditions.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this position provides courteous customer service at the John Street location. The role includes cashier operation, paperwork balancing, exterior upkeep, and policy adherence. Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred, while high school completion is required or in progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to customers
- Operate cashier systems accurately during transactions
- Submit accurate, balanced paperwork
- Maintain clean, safe, customer-friendly surroundings
- Enforce age verification for regulated products
- High school diploma or progress toward completion
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Clear, effective communication with customers and coworkers
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
