Serve customers at Scotiabank’s Centre Mall branch in Hamilton as a Customer Experience Associate focused on transactions and digital banking. This part-time role offers 15 hours weekly.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will build relationships throughout each customer’s banking journey. You will discover needs, explain concepts simply, and identify simple sales opportunities. You will also introduce mobile banking applications and support customers with everyday banking needs.
