Guide international families through relocation to Canada using strong client service and local knowledge. This Canada-based role supports clients throughout their transition.
As a Host Advisor with Hexedes Group, you will guide clients through each relocation stage. You will advise on paperwork, visas, housing, work, healthcare, and education. The role combines organization, empathy, and problem solving while coordinating timelines with a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clients through every relocation program stage
- Guide clients on paperwork, visas, housing, and work
- Explain healthcare and education considerations
- Manage project timelines and phases with the Project Manager
- Remain a reliable contact in each dedicated client group
- Based in Canada with solid local area knowledge
- Fluent in Italian and English
- French language skills are a plus
- Experience in relocation, real estate, immigration, or client services
- Strong organization, empathy, and problem solving
