Intermediate / Senior Bridge Engineer – EXP

At EXP, we’re driven to provide innovative solutions for the world’s built and natural environments. On our Transportation team in Ontario, you will work on new structures, inspection and evaluation of existing structures, and rehabilitation projects.

• Assist with on‑site inspection, analysis and condition assessment of existing structures. Perform construction and life‑cycle cost estimates.
• Assist with planning and schematic/geometric layout of new structures.
• Perform analysis and design calculations according to applicable design codes; use appropriate computer programs.
• Prepare plan drawings and details.
• Assist in the preparation of construction specifications.
• Perform material quantity take‑offs.
• Organize design calculations and assist with project construction administration, including reviews of shop drawings and RFI’s.

• 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• P.Eng designation obtained or in process.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• Bridge inspection experience (OSIM).
• Knowledge of structural analysis software.
• Familiarity with Bentley’s Micro Station.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
