We are seeking a talented Senior Road Designer for our Ontario offices. Working within our Design & Engineering teams, you will create some of the world’s most iconic and ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform how people move and experience the world.

• Function as a civil designer on various infrastructure projects with a focus on detail design for municipal/linear infrastructure projects.
• Prepare preliminary and detail design covering all facets of civil engineering.
• Coordinate with the CAD standards group to maintain standards.
• Coordinate design work with other design disciplines.
• Assist junior and intermediate designers with design and software questions.

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Technology with a focus on Transportation or Municipal.
• 7+ years of experience, including technical and business development experience in road design, municipal and civil engineering and transportation planning.
• Experience managing small projects and studies is welcome.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required; additional skills are beneficial.
• Knowledge of municipal geometric design standards and GIS is beneficial.
• Collaborative attitude working with other members of a road and transportation team.
• Ability to work independently with guidance and supervision provided as needed based on assignment complexity.

Salary range: $89,600–$134,400.
