Toromont Cat is looking for a Parts Counter Person to join our team in Hamilton! The Parts Counter Person plays a vital role in customer service at our Branch as the key customer contact for advising and distributing parts and consistently providing superior service.

Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times, in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiativesEnhance our customer's experience and commitment to brand loyalty by providing product expertise, relevant parts recommendations and regular communication of current and upcoming parts promotionsManage parts inquiries and correspondence effectively over the parts counter, through email and by phone in a timely and courteous mannerManage the daily functions of the parts operation, including sourcing, procuring and ordering parts, following up on backorders and credits, conducting inventory counts, processing cores and warranties as well as building hydraulic hoses for both internal and external customersProvide on call service as required, at times on weekends and eveningsMust-haves for this role:
Minimum post-secondary education3+ years of experience in a parts service roleAbout Toromont Cat
