BDO Digital is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant to join our growing Dynamics F&O Practice. This is a net new hire role that can be located anywhere in Canada. The individual will own the following responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams supporting client ERP implementations
• Perform a lead consultant role on larger projects, mentoring and guiding other consultants
• Analyze customer business needs and objectives, providing in‑depth application expertise in targeted business areas
• Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite
• Provide training to client staff to perform day‑to‑day activities in support of ERP implementations

• Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, strong expertise in Finance functional area and relevant modules
• Full‑cycle ERP implementation experience with comprehensive understanding of ERP applications
• Knowledge of one or more other functional areas such as Trade & Logistics, Sales, or Talent/Human Resources preferred
• Dynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications in relevant business disciplines considered
• Experience working and supporting with ISVs (e.g., SKG)
• Extensive functional knowledge in finance:
  General Ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, multi‑business management, multi‑currency management
• Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting, and Project Accounting
• Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
• Experience in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with detailed understanding of financial system concepts
• Self‑motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences

The expected range of compensation for this role is $84,000 to $128,000.
