Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Insurance Agents, based in Waterdown, ON. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with identifying their specific insurance needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and managing insurance policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, generating new business opportunities, communicating with insurance providers, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales, including identifying client needs and crafting tailored policies
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, policies, and regulations
  • Background in Finance, with a strong understanding of financial and risk management principles
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in the insurance or financial industry
  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Proficiency in common office software and tools
