GMP manufacturing work meets filling and packaging operations in this Technician I role, including sanitation, line clearance, and equipment setup.
As a Technician I, you will help maintain compliant manufacturing areas and support packaging work orders. Responsibilities include preparing sanitizing agents, supplying packaging lines, monitoring fill weights, and preventing contamination. You will also complete training assignments, support audits, and assist line leaders or mechanics as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detergents and sanitizing agents at correct dilution
- Supply packaging lines with required components
- Monitor and adjust fill weights during operations
- Participate in filling room and packaging line clearance
- Support packaging work orders and line operation
- Grade 12 education or equivalent required
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Computer skills including Microsoft, SAP, or MES preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- WHMIS training preferred
