As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

• Adapt to site-specific requirements and SOPs

• Provide on-call support for high-risk or critical locations

• Write clear and detailed reports on incidents and daily activities

• Use proper documentation methods for investigations or audits

• Analyze reports for patterns or security concerns

• Conduct regular patrols and site inspections

• Monitor access points and verify IDs

• Respond quickly to alarms and emergencies

• Lead evacuations and assist during emergencies

• Provide first aid if trained

• Maintain professional behavior and communication

• Follow uniform and appearance standards

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
