Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor in Hamilton. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is at least 25 years old (for driving positions), holds a valid full driver’s license, is knowledgeable in CCTV monitoring, is comfortable with computers, is CPR and First Aid certified, and can work with a dynamic security team. Requirements- Experience in mobile patrol security.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid Ontario Security License.
- Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid full driver’s license.
- At least 25 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety and security.
- Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and equipment malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other staff.
- Maintain professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support property management with additional tasks as required.
