Based in Wiikwemkoong, you will coordinate meetings with First Nation representatives and partner agencies to implement customary care agreements, guided by Anishnaabe values and the community's standards.
You will develop and formalize care processes, monitor quarterly reviews, process caregiver payments, and support families through wellness
