Shipper/Receiver Clerk – Manulift

Manulift, the Canadian leader in telescopic forklifts, is expanding nationally. As a Shipper/Receiver reporting to the Parts Manager, you will ensure efficient service, maintain inventory, and optimize distribution of received equipment.

• Respond to shop technicians' parts requests and process parts for repairs.
• Place supplier orders, receive and unload parts, and integrate orders into the computer system.
• Track incoming parts, verify inventory, and manage inter‑branch transfers.
• Maintain inventory, replenish shelves, and perform daily and annual inventory updates.
• Keep warehouse work spaces tidy and support workshop technicians.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of industrial parts and the industrial equipment or machinery sector.
• Proficiency in the Office suite and ERP systems.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Hard‑working, versatile, and motivated.
• Organizational, rigorous, and meticulous.
• Good physical condition and manual skills.
• Customer service skills.
