Hours:
40 hours per week

- Provide general support and assistance to the Contract Manager, Contract Management Staff and Operations Manager as required.
- Assist Contract Managers with various day‑to‑day contract issues as they arise, telephone/email clients and contractors as required.
- Undertake general administration duties to assist in overall contract operation, including responding to a significant volume of emails (Microsoft Outlook).
- Deal with client complaints appropriately.
- Excellent telephone manner with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be innovative and solve problems whilst dealing with a broad range of people.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload with minimal supervision and use of your own initiative.
- Exercise good time management and prioritise workloads whilst under pressure.
- A team worker with a flexible approach, including the ability to request and offer support from other team members as required.
