• Contribute to preparing and delivering high quality technical and commercial proposals in line with customer requirements and company standards.
• Review client enquiries and ensure all requirements and technical specifications are accurately incorporated into proposals.
• Organise and coordinate proposal activities to meet submission deadlines.
• Support engineering and internal teams to develop optimised technical solutions.
• Create Technical Requisition s/Datasheets for key equipment.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and technologies.
• Issue enquiries to sub suppliers and review offers for technical and commercial compliance.
• Provide input to tender cost calculations and support the development of competitive pricing strategies.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for proposal preparation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sub suppliers throughout the proposal process.
• Support proposal meetings and ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Attendance at client premises for bid clarifications/kick off meetings.

• Prioritise HSE/Q in all aspects of the business.
• Ensure tendering processes comply with established procedures.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualification).
• Water Treatment and/or Offshore industry experience.
• Possess strong contractual and commercial understanding.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

37.5 hours per week in the Glasgow office (Hamilton Technology Park). Some out of hours support may be required on an ad‑hoc basis.
