We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our team, ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents. As an experienced Registered Nurse in Rosepark covering maternity leave, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' clinical, emotional, and social well‑being.

• Lead everyday care, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing of residents.
• Plan, implement, evaluate care plans, and document and report through the Nourish platform.
• Provide medication administration and maintain safety procedures.
• Mentor and support colleagues and junior staff, ensuring they are confident and skilled.
• Promote independence and encourage residents to live with purpose and meaningful connection.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety procedures and NMC code of conduct.

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Strong knowledge of professional care standards required by the NMC code of conduct.
• Up‑to‑date clinical practices and experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team and acting as Nurse in Charge.
