Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Rosepark Care Home for 33 hours, working Night Shift. Your role will support resident engagement, promote meaningful interactions, and encourage residents to live with purpose and connection.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and support resident independence.
- Promote a positive mealtime experience to enhance nutrition and hydration.
- Support meaningful connections and create one‑to‑one activities.
- Participate in person‑centred activities and promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices.
Having SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential. Full training is provided.
