Role Details- Annual salary up to £55,000 - £61,000 dependent on skills and experience.

- Lead operational excellence within site and yard teams, promoting efficient and safe working practices that support excellent customer service.
- Apply and continuously improve visual quality standards to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Plan and organise resources effectively, sharing operational knowledge to meet quality, cost and delivery commitments.
- Monitor compliance with company quality and safety standards through audits and recommend improvements where needed.
- Provide operational input into new product development to ensure safe and efficient implementation in practice.
- Analyse operational performance data to identify and implement local improvements.
- Experience of working in site and yard operations to deliver safe, compliant and efficient outcomes.
- Broad knowledge of operational practices, with good technical and process understanding.
- Experience of supervising and supporting operational teams.
- Aware of how operational activities contribute to commercial performance with experience of controlling costs and delivering to budget.
- Experience of conducting audits and applying improvements to meet quality and safety standards.
