Mechanical Fitter - Temp to Perm Opportunity

Salary: £18.23 per hour

. This is a temp‑to‑perm role
, giving you the chance to secure a long‑term position while working on challenging, heavy‑industry machinery.

• Work with heavy industrial machinery
  , pumps, valves, and pipes
• Take on both planned and reactive maintenance tasks

Experience in the water or wastewater sector is a plus, but your mechanical expertise and safety‑first attitude are what really matter.

• Qualified Mechanical Fitter with hands‑on experience
• Competent in repairs on pumps, valves, pipework, and heavy machinery
• Safety‑conscious with a strong understanding of RAMS and Health & Safety rules
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communicator, confident liaising with the maintenance team
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Safety Passport (desirable – training can be provided)
