HGV Class 1 Driver

M4 Recruitment are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for PM shifts, for our client in Croydon.

This role is essential to ensuring efficient logistics and the timely transport of goods between depots and distribution centers. Shift &Start Times PM shift between 19:00 start Weekly

Hours:

40 hours per week Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday Competitive Pay Rates:
Weeknights (19:00 - 08:00) £21.71 Overtime £28.74 after working 40 hours a week. Bank Holidays £35.78

Key Responsibilities:

Trunking Operations:
Safely complete assigned trunking routes, ensuring timely deliveries. Vehicle Inspections:
Conduct pre- and post-trip checks, reporting any defects. Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records, including delivery notes and logbooks. Communication:
Keep the logistics team updated on delivery progress and any issues. Professionalism:
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively. Requirements:
