Easterseals in South Jersey is seeking a Skills Trainer to support Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and hard-of-hearing youth with hearing loss on their path to employment. The role focuses on soft skills, independent living, and post-secondary goals within the Career Pathway Connections program.
You will deliver Pre-ETS to high school students, engage families, coordinate with DVR and schools, and build partnerships with local businesses to create work-based learning opportunities.
