Job Overview:

Join our compassionate team as a Supported Employment trained Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a difference every day. Help our clients achieve personal goals, maintain independence, and integrate fully into their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and adhere to Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) aligning with clients' goals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, and encourage social inclusion.
• Administer medication and monitor client health as per guidelines.
• Support Individuals with job applications and job training
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities (strongly preferred).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers.
