Complete Care at Milford Manor is hiring a Full-Time Social Services Worker (SSW) for 1st shift. The ideal candidate holds an active NJ CSW or LSW license and has 1–2+ years of LTC/nursing home experience. This is NOT an internship.
You will provide psychosocial support to residents and families, develop individualized care plans, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and advocate for residents’ rights and well-being. Compassion and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
This is an excellent position to take on the LTC Social Worker (LSW/CSW) – Full-Time role at Complete-Care-At-Chestnut-Hill.
