Location: Fulham
Examinations Officer (Academic Registrar)
Fulham - onsite role
£30,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience + Full time, permanent + Holiday + Pension
Excellent opportunity for an experienced examinations or data administrator to join a respected London school in a key academic operations role where you will take ownership of internal and external examinations and academic data administration.
This organisation is a well-established school based in Fulham with a strong academic focus and a commitment to high standards across assessment and data management. They are looking to appoint a calm, highly organised Academic Registrar to oversee examinations and support the effective running of academic systems.
This is a varied, detail-focused role where you will coordinate public and internal examinations, manage examination processes and portals, maintain accurate academic records, and work closely with staff and external organisations to ensure assessments are delivered smoothly and compliantly.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience in a busy environment, excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, and confidence handling confidential data. Strong IT capability is essential, with the ability to work effectively with MIS systems, spreadsheets and examination platforms. Previous experience using Arbor or similar systems would be advantageous.

The Role:
* Act as the Academic Registrar and Examinations Officer
* Coordinate all internal and external examinations, including public examinations
* Manage examination entries, timetables, access arrangements and results
* Liaise with awarding bodies, staff and external organisations
* Maintain and develop academic data using the school's MIS (Arbor)
* Produce accurate reports and support internal data processes
* Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection at all times
The Person :
* Experience in a similar role with strong organisational skills
* Previous examinations or education sector experience beneficial
* Confident IT user with good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
* Able to work onsite in Fulham on a full-time basis
