The role requires a Registered General Nurse or Registered Adult Nurse to work within a multidisciplinary team, providing person-centred care and supporting patient independence.
The nurse will document care plans, manage medicines in line with legal requirements, and contribute to discharge planning while upholding Trust values and NMC guidelines.
