Position: Civils Supervisor (Temporary)
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Supervisor in the Hampshire area. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, extensive supervising experience, and willing to manage various size teams on different sites. This role involves leading teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality across all civil operations.
Responsibilities

* Supervise daily civil construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications

* Manage and lead teams of workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

* Travelling between sites in the Hampshire/ Southern water region

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices across all civil operations
Experience and Requirements

* Proven management experience within civil engineering projects

* Demonstrable supervising experience on large-scale civil works projects

* Water industry experience

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to civil construction sites

* Hold EUSR/ SSSTS/ CPCS as a minimum

* Additional tickets and qualifications preferable
Additional Information

* Must be available for the end of Jan for the full duration of the contract

* Role will be covering the Southern Water/ Hampshire/ South London area. Hotel will be provided if required when necessary.

* Fuel and van included

* Competitive hourly rate: £28 PH

* Monday to Friday (8-10hr per day)

* 3 months project however can be long term for the right candidate on further projects in the area.
