Up to £90,000 per annum + 40% Annual Bonus + Private Medical Insurance + Pension

We are recruiting an exceptional Home Manager for a newly opened, luxury care home in Ringwood. The service delivers high-quality, person-centred care in a premium environment, with a strong focus on resident wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Home Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care alongside strong operational performance. You will be responsible for creating a safe, caring and well-led service where residents feel genuinely supported and at home.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering consistently high standards of care, quality and resident wellbeing

* Leading, developing and retaining a compassionate, skilled care and nursing team

* Building trusted relationships with residents, families and external professionals

* Driving occupancy growth while maintaining excellent care standards

* Ensuring full regulatory compliance and working towards an outstanding CQC rating

* Creating a positive, values-led culture that supports staff engagement and stability

About You

* An experienced Home Manager with a strong background in quality and compliance

* A proven leader who balances commercial awareness with compassionate care

* Visible, confident leadership style with a genuine passion for residents

* Nurse qualified with an active NMC PIN desirable, though strong non-nurse leaders will be considered
