About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Head Housekeeper & Cleaner Manager to lead and oversee our cleaning and housekeeping operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high standards, has strong leadership skills, and can manage a team effectively.

Head Housekeeper & Cleaner Manager Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the housekeeping and cleaning team
Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
Organise staff rotas, workloads, and cover for absences
Train, support, and motivate team members
Carry out regular quality checks and inspections
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, including stock control
Ensure all health & safety and hygiene regulations are followed
Respond promptly to any cleaning or housekeeping issues
About Head Housekeeper & Cleaner Manager

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning management
Strong leadership and organisational skills
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including some weekends if required
