LOCUM PRACTICE NURSE - HAMPSHIRE (3 DAYS PER WEEK), LONG TERM CONTRACT

Dream Medical are looking for a Qualified Practice Nurse to work on-going shifts at a GP Surgery in Farnborough, Hampshire.

• Work alongside a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants to deliver excellent standards of patient care and support to the practice population.
• 2–3 days a week on-going (days to suit the candidate).
• Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations.
• Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring.
• Simple dressings.
• Chronic Disease Management.
• Cervical Cytology.
• Spirometry.
• Diabetes care.
• NHS health checks.
• Health promotion and weight loss advice.
• Smoking cessation.

  On-site GP Practice; essential skills include ear syringing, travel immunisations, and compression bandages.
• Oxfordshire:
  Full-time agency support; on-site only;
  Monday–Friday; minimum 37.5 hours per week;
  Practice Nurses with QOF experience.
• Reading:
  Practice Nurse urgently required for a busy GP surgery; rapidly growing surgery.
• Oxford:
  Full-time locum Practice Nurse to start ASAP; duties include all tasks normally undertaken by a Practice treatment room.
• Nottingham:
  Friendly GP surgery requires a Practice Nurse to cover a minimum of 2 days a week; part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
