Lawrenceville Health & Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the nursing department and deliver exceptional care. The ADON will partner with the Director of Nursing, mentor staff, and drive regulatory compliance and quality initiatives in a skilled nursing facility.
The role requires an RN license in good standing, 2+ years of nursing leadership in SNF/LTC, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage staffing and problem-solve across shifts.
