Role Description
We are looking for Contractual Operations Executives to support day-to-day operational activities. The role involves handling process-driven tasks, performing quality checks, and supporting user-related operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined processes.

Key Responsibilities
Execute  time stamping  tasks accurately and within assigned timelines.
Perform  quality checks (QC)  in line with established guidelines.
Review and validate videos and other assigned deliverables.
Maintain and update operational trackers on a daily basis.
Support  user communication activities , including outbound calls when required.
Manage multiple operational tasks during high-volume periods.
Follow standard operating procedures and meet SLA requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes accurately.
Comfortable working in structured, execution-focused operational roles.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Good communication skills for coordination and outbound calling when required.
Freshers or candidates with prior experience in operations, back-office, or quality roles may apply.
