We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce background to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Harlow.

• ✅ Respond to customers via phone, email & live chat
• ✅ Handle orders, returns & delivery queries with ease
• ✅ Make thoughtful product recommendations
• ✅ Keep CRM & fulfilment systems accurate (Zendesk experience a plus!)
• ✅ Collaborate with fulfilment & warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery

• 🔹 Experience in D2C / e-commerce customer service
• 🔹 Warm, proactive communication style
• 🔹 Strong organisation skills & attention to detail
• 🔹 Bonus : a passion for sport or knowledge of Amazon / web sales
