Trainee Windscreen Technician

We are hiring Technicians to support our branches and fleet teams. You will help customers get back on the road by repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards, while also promoting value‑added products such as wipers and rain repel.

• Repair, replace, and fit glass at branch or in mobile vans, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, including offering additional products that enhance customer experience.
• Work a regular contract, maintaining the required 40‑hour working week with shifts from 7.30 am to 6 pm, Mon‑Sat (rota provided).

• Full UK Manual driving licence (required).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good customer‑service and sales skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract type:
Regular.

Minimum starting salary: £27,723.87 per annum.

Working hours:

40 hours per week (annualised), with shifts between 7.30 am and 6 pm, Mon‑Sat.

Start date:

From February 2026.
