Role: Shift Manager

Location: Harlow

Working hours: Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm (full‑time, permanent)

Salary: £42,500 per annum

Leave: 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (plus public holidays)

• Identify cost‑saving initiatives and implement corrective actions where appropriate to maximise the efficiency of the warehouse operation
• Demonstrate and promote a customer‑focused approach to all warehouse activities
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on target expectations and achievements through standard reporting processes
• Create and maintain a positive team atmosphere and inclusive culture, by actively encouraging involvement from all colleagues

• Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a fast‑paced logistics environment, ideally within e‑commerce operations, high‑end fashion
• Strong IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in a role focussing on continuous improvement would be advantageous
